Nives Sertić (HR) and noosa (FI) present Dusk | Dawn, an audiovisual journey in two parts, inviting to introspection and contemplation. Visually, the work builds on Sertić’s recent research of light, colors and their changes in the landscape. Her documentary images are processed to the level of abstraction and transformed into pure movement of light and colour that are in dialogue with noosa’s subtle soundscapes.
noosa’s sample-based approach mixes acoustic instruments and electronic post-production, blurring the lines between the two. The soundtrack includes organ, piano & vocals by noosa and strings composed by Symphocat. Gradually changing both aurally and visually, the piece carries through inner landscapes, from dusk until dawn.
