Level Up is a site-specific public pavilion which aims to give value to an otherwise unused space. Located next to the Dead Canal in Rijeka’s Delta area, the structure acts as a meeting place for locals. Starting at the street the pavilion raises upwards in a series of levels which led to an elevated city terrace. You can walk up, climb, jump or hop, sit or sleep, meet & greet, host a group on Level Up. The project was funded as part of EASA 2018 Croatia and Built during a two-week workshop where we explored the value of adaptive re-use and self-built architecture.
